ARTmail is a visual arts project which uses partner exchanges and Abstract Expressionism as a means for building skills and increasing socialization. The method allows participants to experiment with materials and learn about artistic tools without the pressure of creating something recognizable. Each partner starts their artwork on the inside surface of a cardboard box. The in-progress artwork is exchanged back-and-forth over an 8 to 10 weeks period.

Training Manual and Modules
